Researchers from the GREENER project have published a new article in Physica Status Solidi A exploring how the microstructure of silicon affects its electrical properties at the nanoscale. The study investigates conductivity variations in different regions of multicrystalline silicon, a key material in electronic and photovoltaic applications.

Using advanced characterization techniques, the authors provide new insights into how structural inhomogeneities influence current flow—contributing to the development of more efficient and reliable silicon-based technologies.
